The company was incorporated on 21st Sep 2022 and commenced its business on 04th Jan 2023. The primary business of the company is segmented into three modes of operation.
- Rail business both in Railway System Wagons and Containers Both for export commodities and hinterland business for domestic cargo.
- Freight forwarding for EXIM cargo from different ports of India to overseas destinations.
- Road movement for domestic cargo and export cargo to Bangladesh and Nepal.

BRIEF PROFILE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shri Joy Aich, Managing Director
He is a Chartered Accountant of 1994 batch and is having vast experience in Railways and Logistic field. He has started his career with M/s Birla Tyres as accountant and then after spending short time in M/S ONGC and M/s NTPC he had joined M/s Container Corporation of india Ltd as Management Trainee in 1995. Since then he was working in the Rail Operation and ICD/DCT Creation and operation & Maintenance and other commercial activities in CONCOR. He has experience of construction of Inland Container Depots, operating and maintaining the same. He has got expertise in Rail operation and commercial matters. He has been the Nodal officer for construction of the number of Flagship ICD/DCTS of CONCOR like ICD Khodiyar Ahmedabad, ICD Majerhat Kolkata. He has the experience of working will all Senior Railway officers who are now the policy makers of Indian Railways. He had resigned from CONCOR as Sr General Manager in the year 2020 after working for more than 25 yaers and has started worked for a brief period as Chief Executive Officer of M/s Kunvarji Group from 2020 to 2022 and then come up with his own start up company M/s Haulstars L:ogistic Pvt Ltd in Sept 2022.
Smt. Susmita Joy Aich, Director
Smt Susmita Joy Aich is wife of Sh Joy Aich and has been incorporated as Director of the Company. She is a Graduate from Kolkata University and is have vast experience in Human Resource Management and company administration. She is looking after the Adminstration and Human Resource management of M/s Haulstars Logistic Pvt Ltd.
